  Wow, there is no teamwork whatsoever at this branch. No one wants to help anyone. The table next to us was about 10 people. A lady came with a tray of food and just set it on the table. The waitress asked her to hand out the food and she said she had to go, that she couldn't help. The waitress was frustrated because she was doing things. The girl scoffs and pretty much threw the plates and the people with an attitude then stormed off.
  The service was also terrible.  I love Texas Roadhouse and go all the time, but this one was all bad. I had asked the guy who seated us for bread and the  waitress 2 times. Still nothing, so I went to get my own. OF course I got dirty looks from the employees because customers aren't supposed to do that. I guess one of the managers saw this and asked the waitress why I was doing that. When the waitress brought our drinks, I had to go up to the bar and get my own straw because she didn't come back with a straw when I asked. The manager came to the table and asked if everything was good to go. My mom said yes. I said, "Don't lie." So that's when I told her about the bread and straw.
  With the food, we got our food after about 35 minutes. The people behind us were seated 15 minutes later, they got their food about 10 min later. So they only waited 10 minutes for their food, and they had 4 people at their table just like we did.

  Texas Roadhouse really is the standard by which all other "cheap" steak places should be judged.  Peanut shells on the floor?  Check.   Non stop parade of families?  Check.  Good prices and good food? Check.  Giant yeast rolls?  Check.  
  
  This location of Texas Roadhouse really nails it almost 100% of the time.  It's a machine, always busy and you can expect a wait - so make sure you do call ahead seating.  The steaks are really solid and all the sides and the salad is good as well.  I feel that all the apps are a bit disappointing - especially their flavorless knock off blooming onion. The drinks are cold and affordable and there are tons of good options for people in your party that may not like steak.  The service is always good but can feel a bit rushed (see the machine comment above) but it's friendly and they rarely make errors. Make sure you grab a bag full of peanuts on the way in or out - why not!

  We're from out of town, but not too far. Was visiting Disney and took a quick trip to Target, passed this Texas Roadhouse and thought, why not? Came in and was seated right away, all servers and service was nice, but silverware and dishes were absolutely stained and disgusting. Probably won't come back, unless they learn how to actually wash their dishes and silverware.
  Also had a hair in our margarita, was a long hair that was pulled out from the drinks.

  Excellent service from our waitstaff MILTON!  He did everything right and even made up for the fact that the cooks did not cook my steak correctly. His service was very attentive, he had a great attitude and all around excellent customer service. We took the family and had a really good time out which is exactly what we hoped for.  We eat at the roadhouse a lot an this one in Orlando is fantastic!  Drinks were very very reasonable!! Like only 8.50 for a huge margarita with at least 4 shots!  I didn't get pictures for this visit since the family was unplugged but very impressed with the training, service and management. OH and there was a sweet lady going from table to table making balloon animals for this kids!! What a treat!  The boys loved it and she was able to make nearly anything you asked her too!! Thanks for a great evening out with the family!!!
